Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Research Chemical Return Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the regulatory requirements governing their sale and handling, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, mislabeled, or does not match the ordered compound as verified by COA.

Eligible Returns

Product arrived visibly damaged in transit;
Product received does not match the compound ordered (confirmed by lot number and COA);
Product was never delivered (confirmed with carrier tracking).

Return Process

Contact info@doublehelixlabs.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Do not return products without authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Subscription Cancellations

Recurring Research subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle by emailing info@doublehelixlabs.com or through your account settings. Cancellations received after a billing cycle has processed will apply to the following cycle.

Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you have a concern about an order, please contact us first. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation and may result in permanent account termination.

Important: We do not ship to all jurisdictions. Research chemical regulations vary by state and country. Orders placed from restricted jurisdictions will be cancelled and refunded. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships. Lyophilized peptides ship with appropriate cold chain packaging.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and product type.

Institutional Research Documentation

For certain compounds or high-volume orders, we may require institutional research documentation confirming the research context and intended use of the compounds. We reserve the right to request such documentation at any time.

International Shipping
